Welcome to SNA Logistics and Courier Services (“SNA Logistics”). By using our
services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before
shipping with us.
1. Definitions
● “Carrier,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to SNA Logistics and Courier Services.
● “Client,” “you,” or “your” means any person or business using our services.
● “Shipment” refers to goods accepted by SNA Logistics for transport from the USA
to Jamaica.
2. Scope of Services
SNA Logistics provides shipping and courier services via air and sea freight, three days a
week. We offer full package tracking and delivery across Jamaica using Knutsford Express
and Zipmail, with free delivery in Half-Way Tree.
We do not provide:
● Warehousing or long-term storage
● Customs brokerage services
● Transportation of hazardous, illegal, or prohibited goods
3. Booking & Acceptance of Shipments
● Shipments are confirmed upon receipt of booking and full payment.
● We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that:
○ Does not meet our service guidelines
○ Violates customs regulations
○ Poses safety or legal risks
4. Rates & Payments
● Rates are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight Additional fees may apply for oversized packages, special handling, or expedited
services.
● All payments must be made in USD or JMD (as quoted) before shipment is
processed.
● Non-payment may result in delayed release or cancellation of your shipment.
5. Pickup, Shipping & Delivery
● Shipments are picked up from designated U.S. drop-off points.
● Delivery in Jamaica follows our 3-day-a-week schedule.
● Delays caused by customs clearance, weather, strikes, or third-party carriers are
outside of our control.
● Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
6. Tracking
We provide shipment tracking from acceptance to delivery. While we aim for real-timeupdates, occasional system delays may occur.
7. Liability & Insurance
● Our liability is limited to USD $100 per shipment unless you purchase additional
insurance.
● We are not responsible for:
○ Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
○ Delays beyond our control
○ Damage due to improper packaging by the client
● Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery
date).
8. Cancellations & Alterations
● Shipments may be cancelled or modified before dispatch.
● Once a shipment is in transit, cancellations are not permitted.
● Changes made after processing may incur additional fees.
9. Restricted & Prohibited Items
Clients must ensure that no shipment contains items restricted by Jamaican customs orinternational transport regulations. This includes but is not limited to:
● Firearms and ammunition
● Hazardous materials
● Illegal substances
● Counterfeit goods
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control,
including but not limited to:
● Natural disasters
● War, strikes, or labor disputes
● Pandemics
● Customs or regulatory delays
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be
resolved under Jamaican jurisdiction through the courts or agreed arbitration.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process customer information to facilitate shipments, tracking, and
communications. By using our services, you consent to this use. Please review our Privacy
Policy for full details.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect once
published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any
changes.
